I’m so excited to announce that starting on Wednesday, March 27th, I’ll be launching Mapping Out Your Life of Great Health, an experience that I’ve created to help people discover how simple it can be to incorporate simple strategies to create lasting results!
As it turns out, healthy habits make a huge difference in everything from overall life expectancy to daily energy levels and the ability to carry out goals you have made for yourself.
During this experience, you’ll learn that living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to mean hours of training at the gym or eating nothing but salad - it’s about getting creative with the way you live your life so that it’s both enjoyable AND nourishing for the mind and body!
Meet Darleen Barnard, The Facilitator of Mapping Out Your Life of Great Health
Darleen is a Certified Health Coach and a Certified Personal Trainer and specializes in behavior change, healthy habit formation, and weight loss. Darleen Barnard has a Doctorate in Health Administration and has worked in the health care field for over 20 years.
She helps busy, working professionals have more energy, strength, confidence, and focus by learning how to make small, healthy changes and to find balance in their very busy lives. She helps clients, all over the world, improve their overall health and wellness by focusing on mindset and habits to achieve nutrition and fitness goals.
