I’m so excited to announce that starting on Tuesday, June 18th, I’ll be launching Mapping Out Your Life of Great Health, an experience that I’ve created to help people discover how simple it can be to incorporate simple strategies to create lasting results!

As it turns out, healthy habits make a huge difference in everything from daily energy levels to the ability to carry out goals you have set for yourself to the ability to take care of your family.

During this experience, you’ll learn that living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to mean hours at the gym or eating nothing but salad - it’s about getting creative with the way you live your life so that it’s both enjoyable AND manageable when you have a hectic schedule and competing demands.

Meet Darleen Barnard, The Facilitator of Mapping Out Your Life of Great Health

Darleen Barnard is a Certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer, NLP Practitioner, and the owner of Fit4Health.

Fit4Health is a holistic health coaching company that focuses on mindset and easy habit formation to change behavior to promote a healthy lifestyle.

Darleen believes that you don't have to choose between your health, your family, and your career. By focusing on your health first, you are better able to take care of your family and your professional goals. Fit4Health provides individual and group coaching to teach positive lifestyle changes and balance.

Clients all over the world have experienced more energy, strength, confidence, and focus by learning how to make small, healthy lifestyle changes and to find balance in their very busy lives.
